Tire Irons

The 8 1/2" and 11 1/2" tire irons are steel with smooth ends to help from damaging tubes and rims. The 16" Tire iron is black-finished hardened alloy steel featuring a double-compound curve to aid in tire installation. Sometimes leverage is the only approach to tire installation. Sold each.

Multi-Valve Tool

Four-Stroke Leak Down Tester

Designed to check the amount of cylinder leakage in a 4-stroke engines. With an air source of 70 to 160 PSI, this system will pressurize the cylinder with 60 PSI of air. Gauge registers the total percentage of leakage past the rings, head gasket, intake and exhaust valves. System includes 10, 12 & 14mm spark plug adapters, regulator & gauge. Deluxe Auxiliary Fuel Tank

Our original Auxiliary Fuel Tank has been redesigned to be used on new fuel-injected motorcycles as well as standard carburetor bikes. The petcock has been upgraded for easier opening and closing and a fuel return has been built into the cap. The bottle has been correctly graduated for those wanting to measure exact amounts of gear oil or other fluids. Capacity is 2000cc or 1/2 Gallon.

Auxiliary Fuel Tank

For use when tuning a motorcycle with the gas tank removed. Includes 4 feet of 1/4" fuel line and an in-line fuel petcock. On fuel-injected motorcycles, use a T-fitting and a second fuel valve for fuel return. Tank can also be used for refilling transmission oil on some late model motocross bikes. Capacity is 2000cc or 1/2 Gallon.

Compression Test Set

Contains hoses for 10, 12 & 14mm spark plug applications. Kit includes a quick disconnect with pressure release valve, 300 psi gauge and plastic carrying case.

Ball End Allen Set

Carb Adjusting Tool

Timing Plug Wrench

GL1200 Timing Cover Tool

Oil Filter Strap Wrench

Hydraulic Brake Bleeder

Motion Pro has developed a unique tool that makes bleeding your brakes a one-person job. The unique check valve allows fluid and air to escape while preventing air to re-enter the system. Once this unit is primed with brake fluid, simply attach the hose to the caliper bleeder screw and place the other end into a bottle. Follow the included directions. Once all the air is bled from the brake line, close the bleeder screw on the caliper and remove hose.

V-12 Injector™

The V-12 Injector™ is designed to economically perform RFI™ (Reverse Fluid Injection), vacuum/pressure bleeding and master cylinder bench bleeding. The small piston diameter provides high hydraulic advantage. The V-12 can develop 120 psi while maintaining a comfortable hand force. The function of the V-12 Injector™ is identical to our other more expensive Maxi-Ject PRO™. Fluid is injected through the nozzle when the injector handle is depressed . When the handle is released, the injector automatically refills the barrel from a remote fluid source. The modular design of the V-12 allows the injector to be easily utilized for vacuum, pressure and RFI™ bleeding. The handle and body are made of high-strength Zytel (glass-reinforced nylon) which imparts metal-like strength while remaining light-weight. The V-12 ergonomic design is compact and comfortable to use. Comes with it's own carrying case and the universal CAPADAP™ cap adapter.

Motion Pro Magnetic Parts Dish

This all-purpose magnetic dish is ideal for keeping track of loose fasteners and other small parts. Easy-to-see bright yellow color. Attaches magnetically to any steel surface such as tool boxes and bike lifts. Measures 5" in diameter and is 1" deep.

Fork Seal Drivers

Torque Wrench Adapter

Chrome-vanadium tool steel with hard nickel-pewter finish.
Used to properly torque two-stroke cylinder base nuts and hard-to-reach fasteners. Fits 12mm and 14mm nuts. Extends the reach of any 3/8" drive torque wrench by 3". Chart supplied for easy torque conversions. Check service manual for proper torque specifications.

Motion Pro "MP" Tool

The "MP" Tool is the perfect addition to your fanny pack. The "MP" Tool can be used to remove 8, 10, 12 & 14mm bolts, #2 & #3 Phillips screws, small & medium straight-slot screws and 5 & 6mm allen bolts. Degree Wheel

Ignition System Tester

This tool will test the integrity and strength of your ignition system. The spark gap is adjustable from 0 to 10mm. The larger the gap the spark will jump, the stronger your ignition system is. This tool will test the ignition systems of most motorcycles, watercraft, ATVs and snowmobiles.
