EVOLUTION LINE COMPLETE SYSTEMS
- Oval-shaped can with your choice of carbon-fiber or titanium outer
sleeve
- Hexagonal mufflers feature a carbon-fiber outlet cap to match the
design of each bike
- Outlet cap, perforated inner sleeve and inlet cap are all made or
titanium
- Joint of the inlet cap is milled on a state-of-the-art CNC machine and
connected by high-quality silicon-shielded tempered springs
- Include a lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant
carbon-fiber muffler clamp
- Conical or cylindrical shaped, hydroformed header and link pipe
are made of stainless steel or titanium; type of construction is based on
maximum increase in performance
- Crossover tubes may be installed based on results of testing
- Most models come with preinstalled fitting for lambda connection
- Ceramic anti-seizing grease, made especially for use with titanium, is
used to prevent seizing, corrosion and excessive wear of parts of the exhaust
system made of titanium (due to vibration and extreme temperatures)
- When the position of the exhaust system needs to be changed and the
stock bracket is no longer usable a carbon-fiber bracket is included
- Evolution Kit systems are available for select models; intended only
for races that allow louder exhaust systems -107dB
- Evolution Kit systems feature a 300mm muffler, high-mount design and
include a carbon-fiber muffler mounting bracket

SUPERSPORT LINE COMPLETE SYSTEMS
- Complete replacement exhaust systems that represent the first level of
serious performance improvement
- For riders who expect sports performance, but not the extreme racing
characteristics of an Akrapovic race-replica exhaust system
- Intended for everyday use, while offering unmatched power and torque
- A complete reworking of the OEM system allows increases in available
power and torque over the entire rpm range - this means a smoother application
of power and torque, making the bike especially pleasant for everyday riding
- At the same time the Supersport system gives the bike an unmistakable
sound, noticeably lighter weight and aesthetic elegance, in most cases in
polished stainless steel
- Some Supersport models include crossover tubes installed between the
header tubes, as test results indicated that for these models the crossover
tubes provided increased exhaust system performance
SLIP-ON AND BOLT-ON SERIES MUFFLERS BOLT-ON SERIES
- Oval- or round-shaped can (based on the structure of the tempered
connection at the end of the header) with your choice of carbon-fiber or
titanium outer sleeve

prevents unseating, take the place of standard bolts
CAUTION: Akrapovic recommends you do not use any
acidic cleaning solution (wheel cleaners, etc.) on this product. The use of
these chemicals may lead to failure of the front rosette(s).
