2 into 2 Billet Cone System

Large diameter head pipes with cone style mufflers give this system a deep, throaty sound. Removable baffles can be run with or without packing so you control the sound level. Improved performance throughout the entire RPM range has dramatically increased the smile factor among our Kawasaki Vulcan Classic customers. Our unique, full coverage heat shields are included, as well as all necessary mounting hardware. CNC machined polished Billet Aluminum end caps add style and character to an already classic ride.

2 into 1 Cone System

This is our first Metric Cruiser to use our popular miter-cut 2-1 header design.  Eliminating the collector increased flow for better performance, and allowed  us to bring our plasma cut, full coverage heat shields clear back to the muffler, eliminating any visible bluing. This is an industry first for 2-1 systems.  Available with a standard, or slash cut muffler, the baffle is removable and can be  run with or without packing so you control the sound level. All mounting hardware is included, as well as detailed mounting instructions for easy home installations.  BUB's new miter-cut 2-1 has raised the standard for performance exhausts.  Don't be left behind...

Mid-length exhaust system available in flush-cut and staggered styles. 2" pipe feature 2 1/4" full-length heat sheilds that are welded in place. Turnable design includes two sets of torque chambers and a pair of baffles. Torque chambers allow aggressive sound of straight pipes and still maintain the correct back pressure for proper engine performance.

Header pipes and body feature permanently mounted 2 1/2"-diameter full-length heat shields. Stepped header pipe and special removable performance baffle design combine to offer the most unique sound available, as ground shaking as the heritage it was derived from. Long, fat drags with an attitude. Oversized, 2 1/4" muffler bodies mate perfectly to our plasma cut 2 1/4" heat shields for a clean, fat look. Our stepped headers are designed for optimum flow without sacrificing torque. Specially engineered baffles offer just the right amount of back pressure and create a sound that's guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
