Customer Service is our highest priority, please contact us at 916-641-7800 x301 or returns@motorcycleproshop.com regarding any customer service issues and give us the opportunity to correct any problems.

Price Competitive policy, we buy in volume and shop our competitors to make sure we have the lowest prices but if you find lower advertised competitors price we will beat it. Please call us to place your order and fax us a copy of the page or email us a link.  We do not match prices after the order has been placed, we immediately bill merchandise and start shipping, we do offer the difference as a credit towards future purchases. We do not credit for items sold at limited quantity or match prices companies that do not allow orders by phone, example Ebay.

Price Change Policy, we reserve the right to increase our prices, as our distributors and manufactures raise prices, regular price increases, or simply because of price entry mistakes are made. We are not obligated to sell items and may can cancel orders because of price changes.

Returns must be pre-authorized and refunds will be charged a re-stocking fee. All returns must have a return authorization number in the shipping label address only. No returns on installed or used merchandise. Customers must pay for shipping on all returns for refunds and warranties. Do not mark on the merchandise, only apply the new shipping label over the old one. Merchandise must be new, returned in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt within 15 days of the delivery date and 5 days of the authorization number. No returns on electrical. No returns on closeout or discontinued items. Returns should be requested by email at returns@motorcycleproshop.com or by fax 916-920-0911 and include the Purchase Order # (five digit if done on-line and four digit if placed by phone) and a complete explanation for the return request.

Cancellations will be charged a 20% fee. Cancellations are only valid when they are given a verbal cancellation confirmation, please call to receive a approved cancellation, emails are not an approved method. If you have confirmed your order by placing it online or by phone and then cancel it there will a 20% charge to refund, remove from shipping and return to stock. All orders are normally processed within minutes of placing it. Only back orders not already filled and may be canceled without a fee, you must call during business hours 8-5 pacific M-F to cancel back orders and confirm cancellation, emails may be slower and too late for cancellations but should also be done for written confirmation.

Back Orders will be automatically billed and shipped within 30 days, only orders still on back order may be canceled without a fee, you must call during business hours 8-5 pacific M-F to cancel of back orders.

Repackaging  items because they were not returned in the original package, damaged packaging, large writing on them, or not in re-sellable condition, may be refused and if accepted will be charged a 30-50% fee to send it back to the manufacturer to repackage it.

Exchanges on merchandise in new condition and in its original packaging must be returned at the customers expense and only after it has been returned, inspected can a exchange be shipped. There will be a shipping charge and a 10% exchange fee on all exchanged merchandise.

Lost merchandise needs to be reported, immediately, at returns@motorcycleproshop.com. We must start a tracer on all lost merchandise, also, please report the damage to the shipper UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or online at www.ups.com/claims. UPS and Motorcycle Pro Shop is allowed up to 8 business days from the time it is reported to locate the merchandise and then replace it.

Missing merchandise from the box needs to be reported, immediately, at returns@motorcycleproshop.com. It also must be reported to the shipping company, immediately, UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or online at www.ups.com/claims. We need to inspect the packaging of all missing merchandise, please have the original packaging ready for pick up. You must keep any merchandise in the box, report the missing merchandise and have packaging ready for inspection and replacement of missing merchandise.

Warranties are offered by the manufacturer on all defective or installed merchandise. We do not guarantee the items not manufactured by us, installed or used merchandise. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees. Customers must pay shipping on all installed and warranty items. The Motorcycle Pro Shop will help you in getting in contact with the manufacturer but we are not responsible for the warranty or the refunding of shipping for returning or replacing due to defective merchandise. Warranties are for repaired or replaced merchandise only and all refunds are charged a return fee.

Damaged merchandise needs to be reported immediately, at returns@motorcycleproshop.com. We must inspect all damaged merchandise, please report the damage to UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or online at www.ups.com/claims and have it ready for pick up exactly the way you received it and it will be picked up and returned to us. Do not return damaged merchandise yourself, contact us and UPS so a damage report is started and the damaged merchandise will be properly picked up, please have it in the original packing and report any damaging to the package to us and UPS. Please allow 3-4 days for inspection and replacement on damaged merchandise after we have received it back.

Defective merchandise that is received new, uninstalled and still with its original packaging is covered by the Motorcycle Pro Shop for replacement only, within 5 days of delivery. Please call or email returns@motorcycleproshop.com for a return authorization first and then return the entire package along with a copy of the invoice explaining the defect for inspection and replacement.

Tires must be returned for inspection. Tires are prorated and refunded based on wear in tread depth. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds. Shipping is not refunded on warranties. Tires are not warranted due to road hazard, impalement or broken cords due to impact like curbs or mounting. Tires out of roundness is normally due to improper mounting of the bead and should be remounted in warm condition with lubricant to ease in seating. Tires must be of manufacturer recommend fitment.

Exhausts can not be returned due to bluing or sound. No returns on installed merchandise. Bolt-ons are often labeled as slip-ons. They mean the same thing, muffler only which fits the stock exhaust only. There should be no need for slip-on style if it requires a bolt-on unless it is not being used on the stock exhaust and in which case it would not fit any way, since all slip-ons and bolt-ons a used with the stock exhaust only.

Refunds are only issued on preauthorized purchases that we have been received back and inspected. We issue credit back to the billing credit card only or by check. Please allow up to 2 weeks after we have received the return for your credit to the card and 4 weeks for checks. We do not refund shipping. Warranties are for replacement merchandise only and will not be refunded.

Restocking fees of 20% are charged on all refunded and canceled merchandise to cover the expense of pulling, packaging, placing in shipping, invoicing, billing, refunding, removing from shipping, removing from packaging and placing back into stock.
